In a summary of Russian raids carried out on April 28th in Jibb al Qibba, LCCSY said a Russian raid had left people dead and wounded but did not give numbers

In a tweet by Maheralhaj425 it was also reported that 6 people died in Jibb al Qibba, although it was not clear who carried out the raids. However, SPC news blamed the regime. It put the death toll at 6, reporting that another 12 people were wounded. Al-Qurum Media Institution also blamed the regime, and said that seven people died.
