One child – a six-year-old girl, Norshan Atri – was reported killed in an alleged Turkey-backed militants’ artillery attack on Sêf El-Dewle, Al-Ezemiye and Al-Hemdaniye areas in Aleppo city, Syria on November 10th, 2019 according to local sources.

Multiple shells reportedly hit civilian homes. The little girl was killed when one of the shells hit her house.

Two civilians were allegedly killed by LNA artillery shelling on the Salaheddin neighbourhood of Tripoli.

The Libya Observer wrote: “Khalifa Haftar’s artillery weapons attacked southern Tripoli neighborhoods, including Salah Al-Deen where two civilians were killed and others were wounded, media office of Volcano of Rage Operation said.

The spokesman for Ministry of Health Fawzi Awnis confirmed that two bodies arrived Sunday in a field hospital in Tripoli, saying they were killed in random shelling on Salah Al-Deen neighborhood.

Awnis added that ambulances were searching for injured civilians in the area of the artillery shelling.”

218TV said: “Two people, Shaaban al-Akhdar and Mohammad Ahmad al-Atrash, were killed by an indiscriminate shell in the area between al-Khala and Sidra (Salaheddin), according to local residents.”

Other sources published similar accounts. The GNA-led Burkan Al Ghadab operation also accused the LNA of conductung the strike.

Three journalists were reported injured as a result of an alleged Turkish artillery attack on the village of Um Shuayfa, north of the city of Tal Tamr, on November 9th, 2019 according to local sources.

The journalist reported injured is Fadel Hammad, a reporter for the al-Akhbariya TV channel, and he was injured in the foot.

NPA added that there were also “four injuries among Syrian government forces”.

Snacksyria added that two other journalists – Walid Ibrahim and Muhammad Al-Khaled – were wounded by shrapnel.

Two women and a child were injured in alleged Russian airstrikes on the village of Al Bawabiya between midnight and dawn on November 9th, 2019, according to local sources.

@ShahbaPress reported that “a child and two women were injured in airstrikes in Al Bawabiya town in southern Rif countryside at midnight” and Baladi News added that they were “seriously wounded”. The Syrian Civil Defence reported that the airstrikes targeted residential homes, while the Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that a medical facility was targeted.

A tweet by @Step_Agency reported “Russian warplanes targeted the town of Al-Bawabiya at dawn today, in conjunction with a flight of reconnaissance aircraft in the area”.

All of the sources that identified a culprit blamed the strikes on Russia.

The incident occured around midnight.

One medical worker and one journalist were reported injured in an alleged Turkish forces drone attack on a vehicle belonging to the Syrian regime forces in Dildarê village, Tal Tamr, Hasaka in Syria on November 9th, 2019 according to local sources.

The medical worker working with the Kurdish Red Crescent and the German NGO CADUS was named as Aram Ehmed or Aram Hamidi (22 years old). He was quoted saying: “I was wounded by shrapnel, I still have a piece in my jaw. Here. And all my teeth are broken.” Local sources reported that the team of KRC was targeted while on their way to retrieve the injured in Dildara village.

The journalist injured is known to work for al-Ikhbariya Syrian television but no further details available.

The attack also killed between three and six Syrian regime forces’ soldiers and wounded between four and 35 others.

Three civilians, including a child and woman, were reported killed and between three to seven others injured in an alleged Russian airstrike on Al Rami Town in Jabal Al Zawihay in Idlib, on November 8th, 2019 according to local sources.

An almost one-year-old child Ghadeer Khaled Hasram and her mother Manar Muhammad Al Yousef were reported killed in the attack, in addition to another woman (name not known yet). @abo_aljod84 reported that “three killed, two children and a woman, and the wounding of seven civilians, including children.”

A Facebook post by Younes Khaled included the named of those injured: Hassan Ahmad Husram, Hussein Ahmad Husram, Khaled Ahmed Husram.

A tweet from @ahmadalhadi88 reported “the child “Ghadeer Khaled Husram” and her mother were killed, and 3 others were injured from the same family, as a result of a nighttime Russian raid that targeted their home in the village of Rami.”

@MoamenRawy published “a woman and her child were killed and 7 others were wounded at midnight today, Friday, as a result of an air strike by the Russian warplanes that targeted civilian homes.”

A video posted by @OtmanAlkneter shows the destruction of buildings following the airstrikes.

All of the source that reported on who was responsible for the airstrikes attributed the strikes to Russia.
