Several civilians were allegedly killed and four policemen were allegedly injured by LNA shelling on Ain Zara.

Hona Souq Al-Khmies said: “Pictures showing some of the effects of the missile bombing of the rebel war criminal militia Haftar on the Correction and Rehabilitation Institution Ain Zara Al-Ruwaimi, which houses more than 420 inmates, causing injury to four members of the judicial police, 72 hours before the deceptive announcement of the spokesman of Haftar about the false cessation of the launch fire.”

The Libya Observer wrote that three guards and a paramedic were injured.

Tk Yahroug Kl shy said: “Some police and prisoners died in Al-Ruwaimi prison after random shells fell on the prison.” It added that 20 shells hit the facility.

An elderly man was reportedly severely injured in artillery shelling carried out by alleged Turkish-backed factions in the village of Um Al Hawaash on March 23rd, 2020, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The SOHR reported that “on March 23, SOHR activists said that an elderly man was seriously injured today by artillery shelling carried out by Turkish-backed factions, targeting the village of Um Al Hawaash in areas held by Kurdish forces, north of Aleppo.”

One young woman was allegedly killed by LNA shelling on Ain Zara.

The Field Medicine and Support Center said: “The martyr field hospital Ayman al-Haramah, affiliated to the Center for Field Medicine and Support, today, Monday 23/3/2020, helps the girl: Samar Abdul Jalil Al-Sharidi, 20 years old, after a shell fell on her house in the Ain Zara area and gave her first aid to revitalize her, but the will of God is greater, so life is under recovery. She was transferred to Dar Al Rahma at Tripoli Medical Hospital

The shell also caused moderate wounding and material damage to the house.”

Hona Souq Al-Khmies and Tk Yahroug Kl shy also reported her death.

Tk Yahroug Kl shy added that “that she was studying in Khaled bin Al-Walid School, Ain Zara, and who was taught at the Ibn Al-Nafees Institute.”

Hona Souq Al-Khmies said the shell hit “her family’s home in Khalat Al-Nour in Ain Zara.”

One civilian was allegedly killed and another one allegedly injured by LNA shelling on the Souq Al Jumaa area of Tripoli.

Field Medicine and Support Center: “The follow-up team at the Center for Field Medicine and Support after shells landed on Souq Al Joumaa area went to the dreaded place to find out the number of casualties left by the fall of indiscriminate shells this morning on 23/3/2020 and caused the injury of two expatriate workers sitting on the side of the road Waiting for their livelihood, one was killed instantly.

They were subsequently transferred to the Al-Abraaj sanatorium, due to its proximity to the target area under the supervision of the Field Medicine and Support Center.”

Libya Alahrar TV said that two expat workers were killed and one Libyan injured.

The GNA-led Burkan Al Ghadab operation accuses the LNA of being the culprit.

Hona Souq Al-Khmies and Tk Yahroug Kl shy reported shelling in various parts of Souq Al Jumaa.

Two civilians from the same family were allegedly killed by LNA shelling on Ain Zara.

The Field Medicine and Support Center said: “The Ain Zara field hospital, affiliated to the Center for Field Medicine and Support, is today morning assisting a family in the Ain Zara region after a shell fell on their house, which resulted in the death of both Mrs. Lutfiah Abdulqadir Al-Rashid, 42 years old and Mr. Salem Faraj Al-Samah, 55, the woman’s nephew, was visiting their house to take out some of the necessities needed for use in their daily lives.

The bodies were transferred to the Mercy House of Tripoli Medical Hospital.”

Simffaro said the incident took place “behind the Al-Kahili clinic, Al-Naseem Street, after the Bukhari Mosque.”

Libya Alahrar TV reported: “The mayor of Abu Salim Abd Al-Rahman Al-Hamedi assures Al-Ahrar that two children were injured as a result of the fall of shell on their apartment.”

The GNA-led Burkan Al Ghadab operation posted pictures of the incident saying: “Preliminary photos of the destruction caused by the militia of Haftar to the property of the citizens in the Bab Ben Gashir area of the municipality of Abu Salim, after the deceptive announcement of the spokesman for the war criminal, Haftar, about a false cease-fire.” Some of the photos showed bloods stains. However, the page did not mention civilian harm.
