Three medical staff were wounded in an airstrike which struck Al-Huda Surgical Hospital in Al Hour, Aleppo, local media report. According to sources, the hospital has been since rendered out of service. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame. Some blamed Russia, while others blamed the Syrian regime. The Syrian Network for Human Rights specified that the Syrian regime and its allies were to blame. 

Al Jazeera reported that artillery was used in the raid. Initial reporting however did specify that air to ground missiles were seen.

Two ambulances were also reportedly destroyed in the raid, as was some of the surrounding area.

RFS news noted that the hospital served more than 300,000 people in the villages of Aleppo.

Between one and nine civilians were killed – including four children – and others were wounded, in an airstrike on Douma, local media reported. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame, with some blaming Russia and others the Syrian regime.

Two sources put the death toll as high as nine, while two reported only one death. Other sources did not report of civilian casualties.

Almost all sources reported that the missiles deployed contained the internationally illegal substance, napalm. Photographic evidence shows the sticky substance on the floor in the vicinity of the strike. Additionally, huge fires broke out in the area causing mass material damage to cars and residential homes.

Four civilians were killed, including a child, and as many as 24 others were wounded in an alleged parachute missile attack on the residential neighbourhood of Al Waer, local media reported. All sources but one blamed the Syrian regime for the raid. The Shaam News Network was alone in reporting “violent raids by Assad and the Russian enemy”.

According to SMO, as many as 15 rockets were fired. Footage shows parachute missiles, taking as long as 80 seconds to descend upon the neighbourhood.

Sources reported that due to the severity of the injuries, the death toll was likely to rise.

A single source reported that up to 100 people were wounded. Most other sources put the figures between 6 and 24.

Two civilians died and up to 10 more were wounded (including four members of the civil defense), following a raid on the Red Crescent Medical Store in Binish. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame. Some sources blamed a Russian airliner, whilst others blamed Syrian regime vacuum missiles.

The Shaam News Network reported that civilians homes were also struck in the raid, which led to the injury of ten people.

According to Shahed Ayan, Russian warplanes launches as many as 20 raids in Idlib on the 25th of February. Most sources alleged that two to three of those 20 raids struck Binish. 

Two pro-Assad sources – Tasnim and ARef Al-Taweel – reported that “the warplanes struck the headquarters of the Nasra Front, destroyed a number of rocket launchers in the city of Binish in rural Idlib and killed more than 10 gunmen.” These sources do not, however ,match the general narrative reported by other sources.

Eleven named civilians were killed – including five children, a woman and two men – and dozens more were wounded in an alleged air and artillery strike on a market in Douma, according to reports from the ground. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame. Many attributed the strikes to Russian missiles, while others reported the Syrian regime was responsible for ground artillery shelling.

Three of the children killed in the airstrike were siblings. One man was a blacksmith who worked in the market.

The strikes allegedly struck a popular market and residential neighbourhood with napalm bombs and missiles. Additionally, many sources reported that land-to-land missiles and artillery shells were used in the bombardment. Many of the shells resulted in a “severe blast” according to Shaam.

Additionally, sources such as Alsouria reported that eight raids occurred, each one carrying at least two missiles. 

Video footage showed huge fires in the immediate aftermath of the raid, with civilians being dragged from burning buildings. Douma Revolution reported that bodies were charred from the fires caused by the blast. 

Many wounded civilians were trapped under the rubble, and video footage showed the Syrian Civil Defence searching for the missing.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, some of the injuries were so severe that the death toll was expected to rise.
