In a similar fashion, to the previous raid in Buweita (RS2691) “a civilian and a woman were killed by an air bombardment on the town of Tel Al-Daman”, however this time Tal Al-Daman School was damaged. Sources blamed bot the Syrian regime and Russia for these raids.

Smart News Agency was the only source to report of loses. All other sources reported that there was no civilian harm, only material damage.

A girl was killed and others were injured in airstrikes on Rasim Al-Hamam. Sources all blamed Russia.

RFS Media Office reported that “Russian warplanes and the air force launched a series of intensive air raids on the eastern villages of Hama, targeting the villages of “Al-Balil, Um Treika, Al-Harjan, Jab Al-Safa, Tal Al-Halawa, Qasr bin Wardan, Hawayes,Rasim Al hamam  East Hama, which led to the martyrdom of a girl in the village of Tal Halawa.”

Another source reported that reported that “a Russian air raid on the town of  Rasim al Hamam in the eastern countryside  of Hama and civilian deaths and injuries”.

Civil Defence Hama said that two civilians were injured and civilian homes were damaged.

As many as eight civilians were reportedly killed, and 13 others were wounded, in airstrikes on Harri. Sources all blamed Russia for the strikes.

Al Hall reported that “Russian warplanes targeted civilian houses in Al-Harri town with more than six raids, killing eight civilians, including women and children, injuring more than 13 others and causing material damage”.

Three of the dead and some of the injured were from one family, according to @syrialive54.

Local media reported that “Airplanes [were] hovering and bombarded the houses… at12 noon.” Allegedly this included the houses of “Hammad Shreda and Hamdoun Hammad Jagadad and Nayeb al-Fares with his brother Sayab and also killed Hardan Al-Henaidi”.

Deirezzor24.net  reported that, “More than 6 civilians were killed and several others were injured as a result of the Russian air force launched a series of air raids in the town of Al-Hari near the city of Albuqmal, which is controlled by the Daqash organisation in the eastern countryside of Deir Al-Zour.” The numbers were likely to rise due to the severity of injuries.

Interestingly, Alrakka askarya wa madanya named the victims as “terrorists”. Airwars are unsure why at this point.

Local sources reported that three civilians were killed, and seven others were wounded, in airstrikes which struck the river crossing in Al-Baq’an. Sources either named Russia as culpable, or reported “unknown warplanes” were to blame.

According to Al Hall, Russian shelling “targeted the river crossing in the village of Baqan, killing three civilians and wounding seven others, most of them in critical condition.”

Yunes Gamos reported that “They were helping  people cross the Euphrates River from Shamiya to the island near Al-baqa`an Bridge”.

Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Mohammad al Ali, age 50, from Ebayyan village affiliated to al Saboura county in Hama governorate eastern suburbs, killed as suspected Russian warplanes fired missiles on Ebayyan village, on November 7, 2017.”

An unspecified number of civilians were also wounded in the bombardement.

Five civilians were killed, including an entire family of four, in an airstrike on the village of Sayyal. All sources blamed Russian warplanes for the airstrikes.

Enabbaladi reported that specific warplanes were not identified “but activists from the city confirmed the social networking sites that the raids belong to the Russian aircraft accompanying the operations of the Assad forces towards the city of Albuqamal.”

According to local media, the family including a mother, a father and two children, who were at the “Sayyal crossing opposite Al Shaafeh fence, al Saker road”.

Sharqiya voice suggested that as many as “dozens” were wounded in the initial toll. However, Al Boukamalna reported that only a number had been wounded and they were not identified.

Reportage suggests that Khadija Abdullah Al – Sayed Khalil was killed in the bombing, however a comment alleged she was an aunt and was killed a few days ago.

One man was killed and “dozens” were allegedly injured in an airstrike which bombarded houses between al Foqani and al Jowani roundabouts. Only one source blamed Russia, and the other two did not attribute any blame.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that a man was killed and others were injured, as a result of shelling by the warplanes.

Images published show material damage and the body of the civilian killed.

According to Zamanalwasl, “The warplanes also targeted the village of Al-Kashma of the city of Albuqamal, which has been subjected for days to heavy missile and air strikes in the absence of medicines, doctors, drinking water and electricity. The network “Furat Post” that the number of wounded people lost their lives due to lack of medical tools for treatment.”
