As many as 12 civilians were wounded, one one woman was killed, in Russian phosphorous strikes on Sanjar, according to local media.

Some sources reported on material damage only, with no casualties.

Smart however reported that “12 civilians were wounded Saturday in an air strike on the village of Sara in Sinjar district (50 km southeast of Idlib city) in northern Syria.” As many as, “Five women and five children were among the injured, including four seriously, one of them was an amputee of an elderly woman,” said the civil defence spokesman in Sinjar Jarab Awaid.

SN4HR reported that “Mrs. Elham Arman al Mansour, killed suspected Russian warplanes machine guns raid on Sera’ village of Sinjar county in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, on November 11.”

Deir Ezzor is being exterminated tweeted that a “Massacre [was] committed by the Russian occupation aircraft against civilians in the town of Sousse, where the aircraft targeted Al-Sayer residential complex.”

Meanwhile, Justice for Life merely reported that Al-Sousse, along with several other towns in Deir Ezzor, was being struck by warplanes, and did not apportion blame nor reported about civilian harm.
