The Step News Agency and EdlibEmc1 said that one civilian was wounded. Moreover, EdlibEmc1, published its report on December 8th, while all other sources reported the civilian harm on December 10th.

According to @HalabTodayTV, reporting on December 10th, “two civilians were injured in Russian air raids on the village of Um Wilat in the southern countryside of Idlib.”

A woman was reportedly killed in airstrikes which struck Jib Abyad, Aleppo after midnight. Local media was conflicted as to who was to blame, with Syrian Network for Human Rights blaming the “Russian-Syrian alliance”, while most others blamed Moscow.

Most sources reported on the “the martyrdom of a woman and the injury of a man” in the bombardment.

The White Helmets said that they “pulled a woman from under the rubble and transferred wounded people to field hospitals for treatment.”

The Syrian Network for Human Rights was the only source to specify that Jib Abyad Mosque was struck and rendered inoperable in the aerial bombardment.

As many as nine civilians were killed and three others were wounded in airstrikes on Al-Zarzoor, according to local media. All sources blamed Moscow except for Barada News who attributed blame to the Syrian regime. One source reported that Russia bombed the vicinity four times.

Initial reporting suggested that only five civilians had been killed – including two women and three children – however later sources put the death toll as high as nine.

The incident has been described by local media as a massacre, which “targeted civilian homes”. One source reported that eight of the victims were from one family.

Rocket-propelled grenades reportedly left many civilians trapped under the rubble; most of them were women and children. Wounded were “were transferred to the hospital Maarrat Noman for treatment”.

According to ‘Al Latamna youth group’ on Facebook, ” two civilians were wounded in an air strike by Russian occupation aircraft on a civilian bus between the villages of # Al Boyoud and Al-Andrian in Al Hamra area in the eastern suburb of Hama.”
