Sources such as the White Helmets reported that a “Russian airstrike directly targeted an ambulance for volunteers in the “Centre 114″, which led to the death of volunteers and wounding five others.”

The Smart News Agency reported: “The civil defense said that one of its volunteers was killed by wounds sustained by a Russian bomb Wednesday, targeting an ambulance carrying members of the civil defense, killing two of them and wounding five others.”

Most sources blamed a Russian airstrike, however, the Syrian Network for Human Rights, who named the victims pointed to “Syrian/Russian warplanes”.
