One male civilian, Naser Mohammad Barakat al Hariri, died in an alleged Russian airstrike on Alma, according to the Violations Documentation Center. Syria2011 also named the 55-year-old victim and blamed Russia. But Martyrs of Dara and Dara Martyrs didn’t identify the warplanes responsible for his death.

Mr al Hariri was also named by some sources as having died at Nawa in Dara’a that day.

The Violations Documentation Center listed two unidentified male children as killed in an alleged Russian airstrike on Maskanah. Syria News Desk reported that “two children from the same family died and four wounded in a Russian airstrikes which also caused the destruction of two houses.” Chamtimes also blamed Russia, reporting the death of two children and “many” wounded.

One female nurse died in an alleged Russian airstrike on a hospital in Anadan, according to local sources.

According to SHRC, “Iman Layla, died after being wounded in Russian airstrikes which targeted the hospital in Anadan.”

Halab Today said the victim was a nurse, while Micro Syria reported that many civilians were injured in the strike. Both sources blamed Russia. Anadan Media and Syrian Martyrs also attributed the incident to Russia.

One to two civilians including a child were killed in alleged Russian strikes with cluster bombs, according to local sources.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights and Violations Documentation Center named a three year old child as a victim. However, the White Helmets said that one man was killed and six other non-combatants injured when Russian warplanes targeted “the electricity union in the town of Kafr Naha with cluster bombs“. Cdf-sy.org and Syria Martrys said the child was originally from Kafr Aya in Homs.

Alsharqalarabi reported that Bakir Usama Al-Birini was killed in an alleged Russian strike. Babaamr Lens also named the victim and blamed Russia, as did Shabab Babaamero.

Between four and seven civilians including three children and two women were killed in alleged Russian airstrikes on Sheikh Issa, according to a single source.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights initially reported thatThe children Ibrahim, Hussein, and Samer Amer Hameidi and their father died in suspected Russian warplanes shelling on Al Sheikh Eisa village in Aleppo governorate, February 19.” However, a later report put the death toll higher, at seven people from one family including two women. Al Jazeera also said that a father and his three children died in a Russian strike.

Syria Journalists Union later named the victims (killed in a Russian strike).

Three to four civilians including two children were killed in airstrikes on Talbiseh, according to local sources – though reports were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Assad regime were responsible.

Shaam News Network said that three civilians died and several were injured – “most of them  children” – in Russian raids, while a video by Qasyun showed “a cemetery being destroyed as a result of Russia raids“. Orient News also reported “several” Russian strikes on the town.

However, according to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, the victims died in an attack by regime warplanes. Syrian Mirror also blamed the regime, reporting that artillery “bombed Talbeesa with mortars and short-range missiles“.

Wartime News also put the death toll at three but added that dozens more were wounded – and blamed Russia. According to Akull radio, four civilians died and 20 were injured in strikes – though it didn’t say who was responsible.
