One civilian was reported killed and between seven and 15 others including two children injured in an alleged YPG artillery attack on Azaz in Aleppo governorate, Syria on November 19th, 2019, according to local sources.

The civilian killed was identified as Muhammad Mustafa Amouri, aged 30 and he died shortly after he was moved to hospital. According to @Gaber11518504, Muhammad’s two brothers were killed before and he was the only remaining son for his family.

According to Al Modon, six katyusha rockets landed on a al-Jawalat Street in the middle of the popular market, at times when it was crowded causing a big number of casualties.

Two female children were reported killed and ten other civilians injured in an alleged YPG artillery attack with a Grad rocket on a school building turned into a shelter for internally displaced people (IDPs) in Jern Al Haj Salih in Tal Abyad, Raqqa governorate in Syria, on November 19th, 2019 according to local sources. The injured civilians were moved to Turkish hospitals for treatment.

The village where the attack took place is currently controlled by the Syrian National Army which fights the Kurdish forces along with Turkey. The pictures posted by local sources show a big amount of destruction to the school/shelter.

@SyrianCoalition reported that one woman was injured by the artillery strikes. According to STEP Agency, the rocket-propelled grenades came from “Kurdish units stationed at Meng Airport and Ain Dokna City”. They reported “civilian casualties”, but did not clarify numbers.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that “one citizen and child” were wounded and that the attacks came from Kurdish militants stationed in Marnaz. Yeni Safak wrote that the militants were stationed in Tel Rifaat area.
