A mother and her four children were killed, following an airstrike which struck the tent they were sheltering in the Hawi Mheimdiya area of the Deir Ezzor countryside, local media reported. Sources all blamed Russian warplanes for the raids.

Marsad Al Hasaka reported that they were from the Al-Sa’id family, however, their names were not given.

Accoring to local media “they have been sheltering in the area of Hawi Mahimdya for two days”.

Up to five civilians were killed and up to “dozens” were wounded as airstrikes hit al-Marj, eastern Ghouta, Damascus, local media reported.

Three of the victims, Saleh Mohammad Qadeesh, Mohamad Adnan Qadeesh and Nidhal Handhal al-Mehbash were reported by several sources, including Violations Documentation Center (VDC). One of the victims, Abdo Ahmed Hassoun, was only mentioned by SCDrifdimashq.

Meanwhile, the fifth victim Majed Adnan Qadish was by VDC reportedly a non-civilian while Al Shifunia News also reported his death but did not mention his status. Also, it is unclear whether he was killed in al-Marj or Shifunia. However, as of now, he will be treated as a civilian killed in al-Marj.

Smart News Agency quoted the Civil Defense who said that four civilians were killed, and that “dozens” were injured.

Reports were also unclear in terms of culpability.
VDC pointed to the Syrian regime as responsible while sources like @AlkhaleejOnline and the Syrian Network for Human Rights blamed both the Syrian regime as well as Russia.

Five civilians were killed and 20 wounded in an alleged Russian airstrike on A’bedeen camp for displaced people, according to the Shaam News Network.

The White Helmets told SNN that the shelling hit a large number of tents, scattering their contents across the site.

They added that firefighters and ambulance teams attended the scene and transported the injured to medical points.

SNN concluded their report by saying that the camp has been bombed many times.

According to local sources, five civilians, including two children and a woman, were killed in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Kafr A’waid on June 5th, 2019. 10 others, including four children, were reportedly wounded.

Local sources reported that in the morning of June 5th, Russian and Syrian regime forces fired rockets and heavy artillery shells on a number of places in Idlib from their “warplanes and helicopters”.

According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, Syrian regime fixed-wing warplanes fired missiles on Anas Bin Malek Mosque, partially destroying the building. The source claimed that five civilians were killed, including two children and a woman.

@HadiAlabdallah wrote: “At least 5 martyrs, including a woman and two children, and about 10 wounded, as a result of the Assad warplanes bombing the town of Kafr A’waid in Idlib countryside with airstrikes.” Jorf News reported the same casualty numbers. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights later put the death toll at six civilians.

The Syrian Human Rights Committee identified five victims, including the children, presumably siblings, Yamen Yasser A Rahal and Rama Yasser Al Rahal and the woman Maryam Ahmad Al Khunous.

Zouhir Mahmoud Al Dahir reported the death of his uncle Ali Muhammad Al Daher Abu Muhammad on Facebook. The fifth victim was identified as the young man Bakr Ahmad Al Dado Al Mukhtar.

Several sources reported that 10 civilians were wounded. Smart News Agency reported that among the wounded were four children.

While most sources blamed the Syrian regime, some sources, such as Ebaa blamed Russia, whereas others blamed both Russia and the Syrian regime.

Five children from the same family died in an airstrike on As Suknhah, according to local sources – though reports were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Syrian regime were responsible.

LCCSY said that “five children were killed and others injured on the outskirts of al Sokhna in the eastern countryside following raids by Russian warplanes using targeted missiles according to local activists.”

According to Aranews, who also blamed Russia, the five children were aged between five and 14 years.

Eldorar reported that Russian raid skilled “five children on the spot” and injured 14 other non-combatants.

However, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights blamed the regime, reporting that four civilians including two children died by forces carried out a bombardment on al-Heil oil field. It also published images of the aftermath of the shelling, which it said had been carried out by “warplanes and helicopters”.

However, Egypt Today and Eremnews blamed the regime.

Five civilians, including at least one child and two women, from the same family were killed in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the city of Al Latamina in the northern Hama countryside on the evening of July 26th, 2019, according to local sources. Up to four others were reported injured.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights stated that “at least five civilians from the same family, including a child and three women, were killed as warplanes which we believe were Russian fired missiles on al Latamena town, on July 29th.”

While some sources reported four killed civilians, Abd Al Hakim Suliman identified the names of five killed victims. The victims were named as Khalil Ibrahim Al Suleiman, his wife Nahla Muhammad Al Khaled, his daughter Zahra Khalil Al Suleiman, his 12-year-old son Mahmoud Khalil Al Suleiman and his cousin, the young woman Bayan Muhammad Al Khaled.

According to Shaam News Network, “four civilians were dead in the Russian bombing in Al Latamina.” @HalabTodayTV also tweeted that four civilians were killed and that two others were wounded as a result of a Russian airstrike targeting the vicinity of the city of Al Latamina in the northern Hama countryside.

@anas3ns reported that “four martyrs were killed, including three women, and wounding others, including children, in the Russian airstrikes on the city of Al Latamina in the northern Hama countryside.”

A source from the Syrian Civil Defence told Al Araby that a Russian warplane targeted civilian homes in the city of Al Latamina, killing four civilians, including two children, and wounding four others in the evening.

Smart News Agency reported that 16 civilians were killed and wounded on Monday by aerial bombardment of Russian warplanes and Syrian forces on northern Syria’s central Hama city. They also reported that five civilians, including two women and one child, were killed and three others, including a child were wounded in raids by Russian warplanes targeting residential areas in the town of Al Latamina.

While some sources reported that civilian homes and residential areas were targeted, Abd Al Hakim Suliman wrote that the victims died as the result of strikes on agricultural land near Al Latamina.

Sources blamed both Russia and the Syrian regime for the strikes.
