An entire family was reportedly burned to death due to a napalm bomb attack on Mesraba, according to local media. Sources blamed both Russia and the Syrian regime.

Sky News reported on “injury to civilians [including] burns and wounds, and that the shelling of the town occurred at midnight and repeated in the morning”.

@Dmcpress_ar  tweeted, “Massacre of a whole family and injuring dozens of civilians, including women and children, as a result of intensive air raids and explosive barrels fired by helicopter flying on the city of Misraba.”

There were not many specific details reported, but it is clear that Otaya was one of many small towns struck in Idlib on the 3rd.

Arabic Euro reported “the latest air raids and shelling of Douma, Beit Sawa , Otayya, Masraba, Saqba, Kafr Batna and Ash’ari in the eastern Ghouta resulted in at least 22 deaths.”

As many as 15 civilians were killed, including three children and a woman, and many more were wounded, in airstrikes on Douma. Sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Syrian regime were to blame.

Seven deceased civilians were named however four were reported by VDC as unidentified.

As many as nine civilians were reported as injured, including four children, a woman and four members of the Syrian Civil Defence. Yasser, 18 months old, was named as injured by the Civil Defence twitter page. He was put in intensive care, according to the source.

A Syrian Civil Defence ambulance was struck by one of the raids while on a rescue mission, according to local media.

There were as many as 40 intensive raids on the vicinity.

Khaled Mahmoud al-Daas was also named but as a non-civilian.

Smart News Agency reported that “warplanes launched a rocket-propelled grenade in the center of the city, killing one woman and wounding four others, including two women with varying degrees of injuries, the civil defence ministered to a nearby hospital.”

Reports claimed that between three and 28 civilians were killed, including 11 children and two women, in air and artillery strikes on Douma. Sources blamed both The Syrian regime and Russia for the raids.

Multiple sources did however report that four of the dead were wounded from a previous strike and died on this exact day. Whether that was from the raids or wounds it is unclear. 28 victims were named overall, two were unidentified.

Dozens of civilians were reportedly wounded.

There were as many as 20 strikes with 30 artillery shells fired onto the residential neighbourhood.

According to Syria TV, “Saeed al-Masri, a member of the civil defence, saved his three-month-old son from the rubble. He never imagined that his mission would be to save his child from the rubble of his home.”
