One child died and several other civilians were wounded in an alleged Russian airstrike on al-Muhandissin, according to local media.

Halab Today said that  “a child was martyred and another injured following the targeting of Russian planes of al Muhandissin countryside in the western Aleppo countryside”.

Two independent sources attributed the strike to Russia while the rest did not identify the responsible party.

@syrianpc referred to the “martyrdom of people in the countryside of Al Muhandissin”, but did not specify how many.

Local media reported that an alleged Russian strike on an aid store house in Urma al-Kubra killed one woman and wounded up to 12 other civilians.

According to sources on the ground, the targeted building belonged the aid organisation “Big Heart”. Step News Agency said that “one of the refineries and a fuel oil plant plastic” was also struck.

Smart News Agency described how Fires broke out in the main warehouse, killing one civilian and wounding others, as a result of cluster rocket strikes by Russian warplanes”.

Twelve sources attributed the event to Russia, among these were LCCSY, Syrian Press Center, Halab Today, al-Amawi and Jsirttv.

Additionally, the use of cluster bombs was reported by several sources such as Aleppo White Helmets, Halab News, Aldifa3almadan, Syrian Press Center, Smart News Agency, SRG-Syria and Radio al-kul.

According to local sources, up to six civilians died including a child in Talbissa and Ar-Rastan, though sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Syrian regime were to blame.

Elbiseh, Syrian Press Center and StepAgency identified on of the victims.

LCCSY attributed the strike to Russia, while the twitter account KkhaledWw pointed to the Syrian regime.

However, according to Arabstoday, five civilians were killed by helicopters “throwing explosive barrels” in Ar-Rastam, while a “bombardment by government forces on areas in the city of Talbisah” led to the death of a child.

The majority of sources reported the deaths of children and women.

According to Aleppo24, “4 children and 3 women were killed and others injured in an air raid thought to be Russian that targeted the old police building and the school in al Mahdoum Manbij countryside”.

Flash Network tweeted that the air raid “targeted the old police building in al Mahdoum”, while according to  Qasioun News the raid “targeted a school inhabited by displaced people”.

Both Halab News and Aleppo24 blamed Russia while the other sources did not identify the responsible party.

Local media reported that an airstrike on the town of al-Zirba killed one civilian, and wounded several others, though it is currently unclear whether this was the work of Russia or the Syrian regime.

Both Halab News Network (HNN), Thiqa News Agency and Halab news identified the victim by name, and many media, such as the Baladi Network and Shahba Press, referenced “the dead and several wounded”.

It was contested who carried out the strike, as al-Baladi News attributed it to the Assad regime, while according to LCCSY, HNN, Shahba Press and al-Masry al-Youm it was the work of Russia.

Syria-News, HNN and al-Baladi reported the use of “indiscriminate” vacuum bombs and “unlawful” cluster munitions.

A number of sources did not identify the culprit.

According to local media, airstrikes hit the town of Kafr Halab leading to the death of one named girl and the injury of three other children. None of the sources held the Syrian regime responsible, but five known sources attributed the strike to Russia.

The girl was identified by three sources: LCCSY, Halab News Network and Halab Today. LCCSY reported: “the child Ghufran Qassem Daaboul was martyred as Russian warplanes launched an airstrike on ‪#‎Kafar_Hamra‬ town”.

Many sources said that the strikes targeted an area associated with the White Helmets. The twitter accont @al-AMAWI reported: “Russian warplanes targeted the White Helmets center in Kafr Halab area west across the countryside with vacuum missiles”.

Airstrikes killed up to two civilians including at least one child and wounded up to ten others in the city of Binish, local media said. Sources were conflicted as to whether this was the work of Russia or the Syrian regime.

Most local sources reported the death of up to two children.

According to The Syrian News Network (SNN), “the bombing left one martyr, a child aged 10 years”.

The Syrian Network for Human Rigts (SN4HR) reported that “two children died due to government warplanes missiles fired on Binnesh city in Idlib governorate”.

According to an Idlib correspondent, who reported to Nabd News, the incident led to “the martyrdom of two children and injury of others”. Jsirtv said the victims were Palestinian.

Sources including SN4HR and LCCSY attributed the strike to the Syrian regime, while SNN and Halab News Network reported that the strike was carried out by Russia.
