@SYR_REV_NEWS said that Russia carried out a strike, while @RFS_mediaoffice pointed to the regime.

Only one source, the Shaam News Network (SNN), noted civilian harm. According to SNN, “Russian and Regime warplanes launched dozens of very violent air raids on the cities and towns of Idlib, causing dozens of martyrs and wounded civilians…There were a number of wounded in Khan Shekhun, Mhambel, Al Naqir, Al habit, Mukah, Al Taman’a, Al  Khwain and Sefwhen in the southern countryside, Jisr al-Shaghoor, Marj Zuhaour and Al Zyadiya in the western countryside.”

@wateen_media reported that Russian aircraft carried out strikes on “the city of Ariha and the outskirts of the town of Mhambel”, but made ne mention of civilian harm.

According to the Shaam News Agency, “Russian and Regime warplanes launched dozens of very violent air raids on the cities and towns of Idlib, causing dozens of martyrs and wounded civilians”, which resulted in “a number of wounded in Khan Shekhun, Mhambel, Al Naqir, Al habit, Mukah, Al Taman’a ,Al  Khwain and Sefwhen in the southern countryside, Jisr al-Shaghoor, Marj Zuhaour and Al Zyadiya in the western countryside.”

The Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Syrian regime warplanes fired a missile on Marj al Zuhour Primary School in Marj al Zuhour village in the suburbs of Jisr al Shughour city in Idlib governorate western suburbs, partially damaging its building and furniture, on March 31st, 2018.”

Step News reported that one female civilian was killed but there is no information regarding the age of the victim. The source blamed Russian forces.

Up to eight civilians including five children and three women were reported killed and several others injured in alleged Russian forces or Syrian regime airstrikes on Bsanqoul village in Idlib, Syria on March 31st, 2018 according to local sources.

Shaam Network said that Russian warplanes targeted the town of Bsanqoul with several missiles that hit the homes of civilians leading to a massacre of a family of five, three children and two women,in addition to a number wounded.

Initially, the Syrian Civil Defense said that “the girl Hala Mohammad Baidaq was killed, along with her sister Jana and her mother, Nour Rashed Baidaq, by a missile from a warplane believed to be Russian in the east of Bsanqoul village in Idlib governorate western suburbs, causing a massacre, on March 31st.”

Later, the Syrian Civil Defense said its teams worked to retrieve three women and five martyr children and to rescue others injured after “brutal raids on civilian homes in the town of Bsanqoul”. Shaam Network said that five of the victims (three children and two women) belong to the same family.

Abo Ibrahim Ta’ta’ mentioned five of the victims on his FB page. They are: Zina Musa Sajnawi, Jana Muhammad Baydak (child), Hala Muhammad Baydak (child), Noor Rashid Baydak and Muhammad Hamid Abdul Razzaq (infant). It’s worth to mention that the same source mentioned Nour Rashid Baydak and Hala Rashid Baydak as  victims in another airstrike (see incident R3151).

@HalabTodayTV put the death toll at eight and reported that “The death toll from the Russian airstrike on the village of Basnakul in the southern Idlib countryside has risen to eight martyrs, five children and three women.”

Four or five civilians including a woman and her child died and up to nine more civilians were wounded in an alleged Russian or regime airstrike on Ariha, local media reported.

@shahed_alep: 4 k a number wounded

@SyrianCoalition reported “three martyrs and seven wounded in an air strike targeting civilian homes”.

Other sources put the death toll between two and four, though five fatalities and nine wounded civilians were named.

All sources but one blamed Russian for the civilian harm, though the Syrian Network for Human Rights was alone in saying that the regime was responsible. SN4HR said that “two civilians were killed when Syrian regime warplanes fired missiles on al Masaken neighborhood south of Ariha city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, on March 31st”.

@RFS_mediaoffice noted the use of  vacuum missiles by Russia.

Between two and four civilians, including a father and his son – reportedly IDPS from  al Haymaniya village in Hama governorate – died and several more were wounded in alleged Russian or regime airstrikes on Al Dana according to sources on the ground.

@IdlibPlus put the death toll at two, and several sources, including the Violations Documentation Centre, named the child Khaled Methkal al-Ahmad and his father Methkal al-Ahmad as killed.

Other sources, such as @HadiAlabdallah, put the death toll at four.

The Syrian Reporter said that “Russian warplanes launched three raids on the city Dana in the northern Idlib countryside, concentrated near the court building on the outskirts of the city.”

The Smart News Agency cited an activist nicknamed ‘Ahmed’, who said that  “three air strikes targeted the Civil Defense Center in the city, which led to the destruction of the entire building and wounding a number of civilians. The bombing came in the context of a military escalation in cities and towns in Idlib, despite the continuation of the ‘easing of escalation’ agreement, of which Russia was a guarantor.”

@2011Hsr and @AJA_Syria noted that Russia and the regime had killed “seven people in raids across the cities of Ariha, Jisr al-Shughour, and the town of Al Dana”.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, who also said that the court building was targeted, added that “two fighters from Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham” were also killed.

A child was reported killed in alleged Russian forces airstrikes or Syrian regime shelling on Al Soussa village in Deir Ezzor, Syria on March 29th, 2018 according to local sources.

Suleiman Jamil Al-Safan who is originally from Al Bukamal was killed in the attack. Euphrates page  reported on March 31st “The martyrdom of the child Suleiman Sufyan Al-Rawi as a result of the bombing of Russian warplanes on the town of Al-Sousse a few days ago.”

According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, “Syrian regime forces killed the child Suleiman al Rawi al Sousa town in Deir Ez-Zour suburbs. The child Suleiman al Rawi, from al Sousa town affiliated to al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was killed as Syrian regime artillery fired shells on al Sousa town, on March 29”.
