Between 13 and 20 civilians were killed, including 16 from one family, and dozens more were wounded in airstrikes on Douma, local media reported. Sources attributed the blame to both Russia and the Syrian regime.

Explosive barrels targeted the residential neighbourhood causing mass destruction to civilian homes.

@YZaatrehr, who reported the highest death toll, specified that “Night raids on Duma killed 20 people and 4 children

According to the White Helmets, there were  “75 air strikes and more than 200 rockets” fired.

@Wesal_TV said that 16 civilians were one family were killed by an “explosive barrel”.

An unspecified number of civilians were killed and wounded in airstrikes on Hamouriya, local media reported.

Shaam reported that “Russian aircraft, warplanes and helicopters continue to launch heavy air raids with rockets, explosive barrels, cluster bombs, napalm bombs and poisonous gases, in conjunction with the shelling by ‘elephant rockets’ and dozens of missiles on the eastern towns and villages of Ghouta”. The source went on to mention wounded civilians in Hamouriya.

Meanwhile, Local Coordination Committees of Syria said that there were “martyrs and wounded civilians as a result of raids by Russian warplanes on the cities of Zamalka and # Hamouriya and # Kafar Batna in the # Ghouta”.

A family were – a man, his wife, and their baby girl – died and others wounded in airstrikes on Saqba, local media reported. Sources mostly attributed the blame to Russia, however VDC blamed the Syrian/Russian alliance.

Members of the Syrian Civil Defence pulled the bodies of the family form the rubble of their home. SHRC.arabic reported that they died in a previous strike, however they are the only source to report this.

At least one civilian died and up to six more were wounded in multiple alleged Russian airstrikes on the city of Idlib, according to sources on the ground.

Enab Baladi reported “four victims, including wounded, as an initial toll”. According to the White Helmets, their teams “evacuated six civilian casualties after the city of Idlib was targeted by five air strikes by Russian aviation”.

@HadiAlabdallah noted that the  “bombing focused on the easten neighboruhoods of the city”. Multiple locations were reportedly struck:

The outskirts of the city and the centre.
The Central Bank building – now used by the city council.
The Ministry of Justice building.
The university district.
The examination building of the Directorate of Education.

Enab Baladi provided gave the most extensive information on the raids: “Four raids targeted both the the outskirts of the city and the centre, in addition to the building of the Ministry of Justice and local administration of the government. Activists posted a video recording showing the destruction of the ministry building, located near the garage. The fifth raid targeted the university district in the city, the former Central Bank building, in addition to the examination building of the Directorate of Education.”

Between eight and ten civilians, among them children and women, were killed (including four from one family and three others were injured in airstrikes on Harasta, local media reported. Sources blamed both Russian warplanes and the Syrian regime for the strikes.

There were reportedly as many as ten raids, and burning napalm was also used, sources said.

Multiple sources listed nine or ten fatalities, though some others, such as @KumaitAgency, put the number at eight.

The Violations Documentation Centre blamed the “Syrian government and affiliated militias”, but the Step News Agency pointed solely at Russia.

Between three and five civilians including a child and a woman were killed and others were injured in airstrikes on the residential neighbourhood of Kafar Sijna, local media reported. Sources attributed the blame to both Russia and the Syrian regime.

Two raids struck the residential vicinity. Members of the Civl Defence dug victims from the rubble.

According to the Smart News Agency, “the warplanes launched raids in the center of the village of Kafar sijna (45 km south of the city of Idlib), killing three civilians, including a woman and wounding others, including children, who sought help at nearby medical points in the region.”

@IdlibPlus said raids struck “civilian homes”.

At least one civilian was killed and five more were wounded, reportedly from one family, in air and artillery strikes on Al Lataminah, local media reported. Sources attributed the blame to both Russia and the Syrian regime.

There were as many as two raids on the vicinity.

SCD HAMA reported that “a civilian was killed and five others, including a member of the civil defence, were injured on Saturday (March 10th) by an artillery and missile attack on the town of Al Lataminah. The Civil Defence team was subjected to direct targeting during its search and rescue after the bombardment of the city of Lataminah, causing serious injury to one of the volunteers.”

The White Helmets – who blamed “artillery shelling” said that the one fatlatity and five injured civilians were from the same family, adding that a member of the White Helmets was also wounded when a rescue vehicle was struck during the operation to evacuate civilians from the site. Other sources said that the regime was responsible for the artillery strikes.

According to the Shaam News Network, “Russian aircraft launched air strikes with cluster bombs and phosphorus on the cities of Kafr Zeita and Al Latmineh”.

@eg_nawras put the death toll at two, blaming a Russian airstrike.
